About Unbridled Contractors, LLC:
What You’ll Do:
- Daily check fluids, worn parts, tires, glass, and general condition of the machinery assigned to use. –
Report issues and maintenance required immediately. - Safely and productively operate machinery assigned. Adapt to changing environments, including
traffic, soil conditions, and weather. - Utilize GPS systems to read and understand grade stakes and hubs for grade control and finishing.
- Manage materials efficiently, whether excavating, loading haul vehicles, placing materials, fine
grading, or installing utilities. - Operate a range of machine sizes and types for required use and application, including excavators, wheel & track loaders, dozers, compactors, articulated and ridged frame haul trucks, wheel scrapers, tractors, and graders.
What You’ll Need:
- Must have 3 years minimum experience operating machinery–
- Demonstrated knowledge and competency in operating various types of heavy equipment
- Extensive earthwork and grading experience utilizing machinery for tasks such as: Mass earthwork,
Loading of hauling vehicles. Placing materials, Compacting, Moisture conditioning, Fine grading - Proven utility experience using machinery for tasks including: Trench excavation, Setting pipe,
appurtenances, and structures - Implementing shoring processes and systems, such as trench shields, hydraulic shores, sheet piling,
soldier pile/lagging, sloping, and benching - Ability to operate each machine safely while maintaining situational awareness at all times
- Skilled in recognizing and promptly addressing mechanical issues related to engine, hydraulic, and
electrical systems, taking appropriate action to shut down and secure the machine to prevent further
damage - Hold a valid driver’s license and demonstrate a history of responsible driving habits

What You’ll Do:

- Dump Truck Driver
- Side Dump Truck Driver
- Belly Dump Truck Driver
- Haul Truck Driver
- Water Truck Driver
- Operate various trucks including dump trucks (standard, side, and belly) and haul trucks to transport construction materials and equipment
- Load and unload materials at sites, ensuring proper distribution and weight balance
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain accurate delivery, mileage, and fuel consumption records
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and team members
- Perform routine truck maintenance and minor repairs
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Keep truck and equipment clean and organized
What You’ll Need:
- Must have 3 years minimum experience
- Valid Class “A” CDL for dump truck positions
- Valid Class “B” CDL for water truck positions
- Current DOT medical card
- Clean driving record without serious violations
- Experience operating standard, side, and end dump trucks, as well as haul trucks
- Familiarity with truck and pup operations
- Knowledge of construction site safety, truck maintenance, and road safety regulations
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical

- Coordinate with the superintendent and project manager to schedule the work, testing, inspection, trucking, material deliveries, etc.
- Safely and effectively implement a variety of shoring procedures and systems, including trench shields, hydraulic shores, sheet piling, soldier piles and lagging, sloping and benching, and training and certification in these areas as a competent person
- Ensure that the required quality level is met for all work assigned, including compaction, alignment, grade, pressure testing, etc.
- Ensure daily time and job activity report is current and correct, and daily job costing to ensure project goals are being met
What You’ll Need:
- Must have a valid license and clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- A minimum of 5 years experience performing grading work, including mass earthwork, loading hauling vehicles, grading for roads, curbs, walks, foundations, and other surfaces
- Experience using various shoring procedures and systems, including trench shields, hydraulic shores, sheet piling, soldier piles and lagging, sloping and benching, and training and certification in those areas as a competent person

- Experience using various dewatering and water control systems, including sump pumps, electric, diesel, gas or pneumatic powered, well points, deep wells, etc.

What You’ll Do:
- Lay pipes for storm drains, sewers, and water mains
- Set and keep the right line and grade for the job
- Put together different types of pipe fittings and connections
- Install parts and pieces for water and sewer systems
- Set up, finish, and adjust structures, vaults, and boxes for storm drains, sewers, and water systems
- Experience putting in storm and sewer systems, pipe fittings, and valves
- Know-how to use surveying tools to make sure everything is installed correctly and lines up
- Ability to test systems to find and fix problems
- Comfortable using different safety systems for trenches and holes
- Can read plans and keep things lined up and at the right grade
- Follow safety rules and work well with a team
- Take care of and fix pipe laying tools and machines
- Have a good track record of finishing tough pipe laying jobs
What You’ll Need:
- Must have 3 years minimum experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and competency in Pipes / Utilities
- Experience in earthwork and grading experience utilizing machinery

What You’ll Do:
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed and that PPE, tools, and equipment are used consistently. Before beginning work, a pre-construction safety plan is developed with the management team.

Administers prime contracts and subcontracts, including communications, document control, change management, payments, budget updates, review of the performance of direct reports, and schedule management. - Accountable for the profitable and timely execution of all projects assigned.
- Ensures daily job records project documents are current and accurate and entered through the project document control system.
- Resolve contract issues and conflicts promptly with the project owner, suppliers, subcontractors, and other parties.

What You’ll Need:
- Five years of experience managing heavy civil contracts for public works and private owners for various job types, including site work, highway, road, utilities, airport, etc.
- BS in Construction Management / similar.
- Experience using project management software systems such as HCSS Heavy Job, Heavy Bid, electronic document control systems, and project scheduling using MS Project, or similar software.
- Experienced in effectively and timely resolving contract disputes and managing changes.
- Experience managing multiple civil projects with various sizes and an annual aggregate of $500k to $25M or more.
- Demonstrate an ability to organize, control and manage all areas of the grading operation.
- Knowledge of materials, equipment, methods, and techniques used in road construction.
