The Parker Pointe project showcased Unbridled Contractors’ ability to tackle challenging land development conditions through innovative design and precise execution. This large-scale infrastructure build required navigating difficult soil profiles, persistent groundwater, and restricted work environments—all while maintaining schedule integrity.
The scope included a critical sanitary main bore beneath a CDOT-controlled roadway, requiring precise coordination to avoid existing military fiber infrastructure and tunnel safely beneath the Magellan petroleum delivery line. Our team also installed extensive deep reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) storm systems and hand-poured all manhole bases under difficult, high-groundwater conditions.

Persistent groundwater intrusion demanded comprehensive dewatering systems. We implemented strategically placed wellpoints at critical locations and maintained continuous pumping operations to lower the water table. This approach enabled successful installation of the pond outfall structure, flatwork, and detention pond grading.
Repeated weather setbacks required multiple regrading efforts, demanding constant adaptation to align proposed grades with existing site conditions—ultimately delivering a seamless, natural final appearance.
